The "Use addressbook name" option for the Display Name Source of a metacontact
does not survive if the addressbook link is temporarily unavailable. If the
addressbook link comes from an addressbook that is online, and unavailable then
the Display Name Source is changed to "Custom" or "Contact" (I'm not sure why
this varies) even when the addressbook link becomes available again.
A preferred method would be that the "Use addressbook name" option is kept, but
the stored name is used until the addressbook link becomes available again.
