Not the only issue. Code is written for an audience as
well as to do something.
What is the audience familiar with? That may be more
important than what you know.
Granted. We had no end of problems for a while at work with some code that
was written by a contractor in python. Noone else knew python, and he left
before the project was finished. A week of work to find a simple race
condition, because I had to figure out all the wierd functions that python
calls for different operations on collections of objects. So take the you
in my previous statement and turn it into a collective you of everyone
working on the given project.
