Yes. Gmail requires Javascript... but they allow POP (3?) access. So I use
use my Gmail account as a receive-only account, and use POP to access
it, with "never delete mail from the server".

IMAP would probably be better choice, but they aren't playing that game.
Yet. Apparently.

If it didn't require Javascript, I would probably use Gmail even more.
But it does, so I don't.
