I'd say that's an offensive act, almost criminal.  Microsoft certainly
"gets" today's new technology business world better than most, and
they're a very aggressive company.  Are there humans running the
Patent Office?  I haven't heard anything human out of them, any human
recognition of what's going on with patents.
