Probably.  I can't imagine there being much of a market for something
that fills a need most people won't have (unfortunately) and that, for
those who will, they can easily and cheaply do themselves.

I'm sure there will be a market for the information on how to do it,
though.  Me, at least.  I have yet to decide whether this is a good
thing or a bad thing, overall.  But I count myself in the tinfoil-hat
crowd, and prefer to err safe.  Anyone who thinks that government can
be trusted, hasn't been paying attention for the past several hundred
years.
