I just cut back on Caffeine. Went from oh, 10-12 cups of coffee and
probably 4-5 glasses of iced tea per day to 2-2 1/2 cups of coffee and
no iced tea. I started this on Friday, I haven't killed anyone, but
the headaches and other symptoms of withdrawls are pretty intense.

>1. felt better
>2. slept sounder
>3. regained flexibility and lost morning body stiffness

This I haven't experienced yet, I wake up every morning at 1:30am and
have trouble going back to sleep, I do sleep soundly but only for a
few hours before the restless sleep sets in.
The third one, well the stiffness when I wake up is surely better, and
am more alert rather than feeling drugged for the first hour after I
wake up.

I admire anyone that can go cold turkey, hell I admire anyone that can
give up ANY addiction. It's not easy, especially after almost 20
years of heavy caffeine intake, there are days I'd like to grab the
coffee pot in the [work] kitchen and just chug the whole thing.
