"Conservative"? Just what does that mean anyway. Usually, as in this case, the terms "Liberal" and "Conservative" really have no meaningful defined context. I certainly don't think they mean what most people think they mean.

You're right. Conservative is out of context here. It means resistant to change, possibly even reversing trends. But Republicans certainly aren't "leaving things alone", and in some cases, they're making a 3rd fork in the road !


Take note though, I'm a fer'ner, so I'm neither of this countries definitions. But I follow the Socialist mantra back home ....
