I am installing Cox High Speed Internet on my mother-in-law's computer. What Cox approved cable modems have you other Cox users sucessfully used under Linux?

Any of them?

All Cox does is provide DHCP services over a standard ethernet port on the cable modem. So, any system capable of being a DHCP client should work.

Much nicer than back in the days when you needed a special login program.
