Yes.. I do.  Or at least I think they do.  I know my group is seen like that,
as are the engineers we support.

There are some times when some in management might not act this way, but as a
whole, I think the company does really value the knowledge and talent of it's
people, and sees them, and the IP they create as the main assets.
