Thanks!
Yes, file server changes /continually/ because coders are always
changing code in their home directories.  I suppose that means
the backup server has to work extra hard to keep getting
the updates.

I'll look into linux-ha heartbeat and drbd.
(linux-ha was the 1st choice when Google gave replies to
'high availablility linux' so I assume that is a good sign. :)
