I have have had the logitech combo for a year or two now. Works great. My only complaint is that when the batteries die (every few months) I am shocked because it appears my machine has locked up so I end up scratching my head for a while before I realize it is the batteries then I stomp around the house unhappily as I try to figure out where I put those AAA's. For my needs a wireless keyboard may not be necessary but I really do like the wireless mouse. So in the future I may go with wired keyboard but get one of those new mice that come with the internal batteries and a recharging stand. Say, anyone here played with that new laser mouse? Most optical mice just have an LED in them, not an actual laser. But they have one out now that really does have a laser which is supposed to offer even higher resolution movement on any kind of surface. > Memory: Get as mush as you can afford.
