I'm going to show my Neanderthal-ugly side here, but I always assumed that women could get all the guys they wanted[0] just buy signaling willingness. If the gossamer axe tells me otherwise, I'll believe it, because I've seen her and and she is in no way attractiveness challenged. [0] I'm talking quantity here, not quality.
