My Belkin omni pro 2 port KVM seems to work flawlessly between linux and W2K boxes using a PS/2 mouse and keyboard (two buttons, emulate 3 buttons, autodetection, protocol "ps/2"). My linksys 2 port KVM ProConnect also works fine with a PS/2 mouse between two linux boxes. I had a StarTech StarView DVI/KVM with PS/2 mouse and which had serious issues switching between linux and W2K (always had to boot W2K alone first, W2K would lose video and mouse if left alone too long). Yet again YMMV ?
