Personally, I'm waiting for notebooks/laptops/portables/whatevers that will support up to or more than 4GB of RAM. Just about all the good systems these days already support up to 2GB, and I'll be adding 1GB to my 512MB in my powerbook RSN.

One has to figure, with Intel's recent announcement of dual-core 64- bit mobile processors, that the next epoc of notebooks will also include support for 4GB of RAM.
