Sounds like qmail is trying to bounce the message back from whence it came, but is unable to. At that point, it should double bounce back to local postmaster. I have not looked through the sources yet to see where that message comes from, so I have not followed the straight paper path that leads to that condition. If mail contiunues to flow, you may not want to worry about it.
