Could you please clarify what machine has what? You apparently have two desktop machines (inferred from the reference to "the working box" and "the other box") as well as a laptop and wireless router. Is this Airlink 101 card a wireless PCI card for a desktop type machine? Have you tried running kudzu for the automatic hardware detection?
