Kind of.  It was about where the firewall should be placed, and what

Basically, it is a statement that machines inside the network should be secured as well as if they were outside the network.

One of the things which probably slipped by everybody was the quick comment about PKI. That means that they are even encrypting traffic between hosts *inside* their network (a really good idea, but expensive).

It has only been within the last year or two that machines can handle encrypting every packet without winding up in a smoking heap on the floor. And I still wouldn't want to make a laptop do that.
