I'm not sure what you mean by ``not-phrase for alternatives.'' Let me
tell you what I do, and you may be able to apply it to your situation:

I have a few folders where I want my From: to be different than my
normal From:. I use the following:

# always start with a clean slate
folder-hook . unmy_hdr From:
folder-hook . unset envelope_from
#kplug/IN
folder-hook kplug/IN my_hdr From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
folder-hook kplug/IN set envelope_from
#debian
folder-hook debian my_hdr From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
folder-hook debian set envelope_from
