DisneyLand seems dated, though I've never been to DisneyWorld to see it,
I believe it's much more modern
Disney has all sorts of special laws setup for them down in FL.
Special tax zones, seperate laws, code exemptions, land use permissions.
It's a sweet setup.
On the other hand, the other Disneyworlds (Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong) have
been marred with above average operating costs, implementation fees and
other obstacles.
