you guys! i'm telling you! I may not learn anything about linux on this list, but it sure is a good read for a good laugh! If this is the face of open source, then it would be a mystery to me how the community produces anything. On the other hand these proof-by-anecdote, guilt-by-association, etc .... arguments are not incongruent with the "type of people" you expect to be calling for more laws which they can hide behind when they take the fruit of another person's work without it being given.
