RT 3.4.4 is available in Fedora Extras as rt3. We spent a long time getting that package just right so it will install and run with minimal fuss. I rebuild a lot of Fedora Core/Extras packages for use in CentOS 4, so you should have no trouble building the required packages for RHEL 4.
