Yeh. I understand the problem. I have started using a row of
cells with labels like C1=Costs, etc. Other wise the cells next
to the ones with symbolic names are splattered all over the place
and hard to find when you need them. Plus they take up visual 
real estate that is better used other ways.

Yeh theat wound be kool. As it is, at least in Calc, you can see the
lable at the top left when you put the cursor on the cell.
