You're right that that is a significant difference. I'm right that Just because they're Russian doesn't mean they're crooks. Also, I consider the risk of a system being cracked (and retaining card data) to be higher than they're being crooks (some sites obviously excluded), and that can happen to any site that uses M$ or is clueless.
