Ahh, so if you run a web service you can use as much LGPL & GPL
code as you want obligation free!  They can sell services and
not release code!  Making money!

Yes. Not the money making part, but the fact that so much code is not being recontributed. I thought the GPL3 was supposed to address this, but I failed to see how.
