Okay. The problem is that my modem was not registered. I had to
talk to the automated support for seemingly 20 minutes before the guy
took the number and registered it in a minute or two (and then
proceed to try to upsell the higher speed service). Add to that the
fact that the connection kit came with no instructions, and it is
highly frustrating.
