You do it the same way as how you get to Carnegie Hall... practice, practice, practice :-) 1,2,3,6 is all you need to know. Then, you just need "the touch" to strip off enough but not too much insulation, line up all of those little wires, trim 'em without making them too short, sticking 'em in the end (making sure they don't jump out of place!), and then CRIMP!
