I don't want to be the person responsible for making sure the
projector is available for every meeting. I don't want to have to
allocate storage space for it, and I don't want to be responsibile for
replacing the bulb when it fails.

I presume Mark is volunteering for these responsibilities. So I say
let's buy it and give it to Mark to look after!
