innocent-looking messages with the spam in a gif. Unless you OCR the
gif, I don't think you can do much with it.
Whitelist people who send you images, and trash all the rest.
I think this is the ticket, or just bounce all image emails with a
message that explains the rejection. I hate hitting a message with 5 or
6 images attached. They never load quickly, since most folks send the
uncompressed raw jpgs off of their cameras.
