officer: humm, I wonder what illegal things are going on.
maybe I should try out tor. Oh, these must be the files
and these must be my peers downloading them, maybe I
should get a search warrant for the ISP/customer requesting
the files.

I never used tor, but I understand it protects you from
"traffic analysis" on the host server -- your request
doesn't reach the server, only your peers who take the
next step for you.
