No problems receiving it here. But I really hate having to use it. I
hate that blue line Thunderbird gives, and I hate the way I can't
break
.. quoted text where I want it to break without weirdery being involved.

I've gotten used to the blue line. I suppose there are arguments for it's existence. I myself would like more control of all formatting options. I'm sure there are lotsa special-case details, but _it would seem (tm)_ like they ought to be able to publish something like a dtd, and allow user-supplied transformations and/or css.

I'm not sure what difficulties you have with "breaking" quoted text, but it can be done with
a) weirdery: ensuring trailing space to get flow, absence of space for break
b) simple insertion of lines of non-quoted text in-between?

Just curious: what difficulties have you encountered?
(or are you just being ornery <grin>?)

..jim
