I've got a Quantum DLT VS80 which I've recently replaced with an LTO
Ultrium 1 drive. Before I post it on ebay, anyone interested in this
tape drive?
Capacity: 40 GB Native 80 GB Compressed
Format: DLT-IV VS (uses regular DLT-IV tapes)
Interface: LVD SCSI 80 MB/S (68 pin)
Form Factor: External
The unit has under ten hours of head usage, making it practically brand
new. I used it for a project at work, then the project got scrapped. I
bought it from the company before I left their employ. I've since done
one system backup to it.
I'm asking $150 for anyone on the list or friends/family thereof. It
comes with one cleaning tape and one data tape (I'll have to erase it
first, though). The ten hours of head use are with this aforementioned
tape (as I only ever owned one).
