Java with Eclipse is probably right at my tolerance level. The fact that I was sooooo much happier with Eclipse 3.2 than 3.1 tells me that it's at the boundary. I tried to like Scala, but with its weak Eclipse support, it's just beyond my tolerance.

Java with Sun Studio Enterprise with Perforce is where I'm at. For C/C++, I use Sun's Developer Studio 11 and Perforce. Both also have plugins for Subversion and a slew of other version control systems. Since I'm mainly developing a web app, I am using Studio Enterprise for the most part (JSP kicks the crap out of ASP). I really like the collaboration feature and UML to code feature. Built-in Javadocs is nice too.
