They always work well.... once you remember the goal is to make you
dance on someone else's strings.

Watching a smoothly-running operation get disrupted because a newhire
takes work home with them and uses a more recent version of Microsoft
tools than what's working in the office is an exasperating experience,
touched with a tinge of admiration as to how Microsoft can get a small
business to drop a couple of K on an un-needed and un-wanted upgrade.

Perfect harmony, in a 2112 kind of way.
