But USB seems to still have second-class status when it comes to the O.S.
I have a Belkin KVM switch at work, that replaced an old but very functional and I wish I still had it Cybex switch. The Belkin uses USB. It combines mouse and keyboard into one USB connection, which I suppose is nice, since I'm frequently switching out what's connected. But it's not nice because when I switch I have to wait a good four or five seconds before I can use the keyboard or mouse. And sometimes when I fresh start a computer, I can't use the keyboard at all. I'll sit and wait for ten minutes and the keyboard will not work. I have to restart the machine. -todd -- [email protected] http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-list
