Maybe someone should tell them that there's more to education than a paycheck.

As for Mexico's corn production increasing, they'll need every bit of
it as alternative fuels eat into their oil profits.  Various sources
list Mexico as being the fifth, fourth, or even third largest oil
producer in the world, with oil accounting for a full third of the
government's income.  And seeing as how Mexico, in 1938, nationalized
(i.e. "stole") oil production from the American and English companies
that had developed it, maybe they deserve a hit.  That's my two cents.
