Oh, but our government has only our best interests in mind. I'm not a

Yeh.

The governance of the system I was architecting was inadequately
developed. I was simply designing a system for an "organization."
We really need to design a distributed and resilient governance
system to go with the technical architecture. IMHO this is a non-trivial
and interesting problem.
