Actually, Europe has found a *really* good solution to rubberneckers.
They put up a giant screen around it so that you can't see anything.
It almost completely eliminates the problem.
I actually thought of that solution but figured it would be too
impractical to implement and so never gave it much more thought. How do
they implement it? Got any links?
