Check Received-* headers to see what is coming in, when. Make sure that Message-ID:s are the same. Youmay also want to verify that the actual envelope sender is what you think it should be, and not differening from message to message. You may be subscribed on more than one account, and your mail system may be deleting some duplicates but not others. I don't rate this as terribly likely, but it is easy to rule out.
