As some other people have said, you need to define your problem and
tell what kind of cluster you want. Because of the confusion, I wrote

cluster you want. If it's HPC you want to build I suggest OSCAR.

I once did a 84 node cluster alone in half a day using OSCAR. It's
changed since then, but I'm sure it has most of the tools that you
need for an HPC.
