OK, Cox fixed the cable, but I can't get all the channels through Myth
even when I

- delete the capture card and make a new one

- run mythfilldb (or whatever it is)

- attach the cox input to the card with either scan (which only sees the
broadcast 4 - 13) or fill from listings.

Funny thing is, under watch tv, I get some new ones like 2, even though
when configuring Myth says that I shouldn't start at 2 because it doesn't
exist.

Also, I say "default frequencies" in the source set up ... maybe that
should be us-cable. Say what?

Also there is textual garbage in the display of _some_ channels that had a
bad scan in a previous iteration.

I deleted the email (Alan I think) that had the incantation to rebuild the
data base. It was done automagically in the MythDora install and it didn't
leave behind a copy of the script, so I'll have to dig it out.

Could someone remind me of the incantation to build the data base, please?
