Yes I agree that marriage not a business agreement.

I think we mean different things by 'marriage'.  When I mean marriage I
mean a  commitment to a person.  The legal paperwork is just a formality. 
I'm trying to think of a hypothetical where someone would sincerely be
willing to make a committment to your daughter but wouldn't believe in the
legal paperwork but I can't.
