I took off much of the coders and blew the radiator (for such it has) and
fan out. Much dust. No turn. Much sad.
If you can get to the label side of the fan, sometimes you can pry off
the label that covers the bearing and put a drop of oil in it to get you
by for a while. Put the label back on to keep the oil in.
