Address an envelope with the zipcode of 92093-0175. That will get to
Gesiel Lbrary. It still won't get to me. You need additional informaton.
I mailed a box yesterday to "Special Returns" something or other. All
I had in the address area was "Special Returns" and a ZIP+4. And it
would have gotten there without the name. Literally, all I needed was
the ZIP+4. It made me nervous.
Also, PO Boxes often have a unique ZIP+4, so that a ZIP+4 will get the
mail to exactly the right spot.
I once lived in a town where mail to me only needed "Todd Walton" and
"Spickard, MO". The postmaster knew where the Waltons lived. I think
we should build a network on that.
