Address an envelope with the zipcode of 92093-0175. That will get to
Gesiel Lbrary. It still won't get to me. You need additional informaton.

I mailed a box yesterday to "Special Returns" something or other.  All
I had in the address area was "Special Returns" and a ZIP+4.  And it
would have gotten there without the name.  Literally, all I needed was
the ZIP+4.  It made me nervous.

Also, PO Boxes often have a unique ZIP+4, so that a ZIP+4 will get the
mail to exactly the right spot.

I once lived in a town where mail to me only needed "Todd Walton" and
"Spickard, MO".  The postmaster knew where the Waltons lived.  I think
we should build a network on that.
