Richard Stallmann challenged Microsoft to state what patents open source and linux infringes upon. MS has been has been fairly silent so far. This allows them to blackmail businesses into signing licensing agreements. I can just imagine MS going after the Fortune 500 first and then Fortune 1000. After all of this MS will begin using the BSA to conduct OSS licenses.
