That's just silly. Patents are open. If the NSA has any hot technology,
it's not going to publish it. No way! Do they think their opposition will
respect their patents? Or not use the info for counter measures? Oh, sure!

I think it's far more likely if they have anything patented it's to deny
it to commercial discovery and/or as misdirection.
