Yeah, it's called its spelling. :)

However, the "first and last and everything else rearranged" results in a *lot* of correctly spelled words:

2 letters: all correct
3 letters: all correct
4 letters: 50% correct -- others a simple transposition
5 letters: 16% correct

So, most of the prepositions and almost all of the linking and helper verbs are spelled correctly. If the average word is 5 characters, then most of the words are pretty good.

As was demonstrated, this little meme breaks down the longer the average word size gets.
