The only local one I knew of was Akamai, but they are no longer local,
though AFAIK they do still have data centers here (which would
essentially make your streaming data local).

They are also not inexpensive and I'm no longer sure what kind of
services they still offer. I can tell you that the technology they used
when I worked in the streaming division was unsurpassed.
