I just ordered U-verse and it is a very good deal. For (Uverse U-100) $74 you get the same standard channels as you would on Cable. This the same price I am paying now for ATT DSL Pro and what I currently pay for Cox cable. Plus I get the ATT U-verse elite with 7mpbs download and 1.5 mbps upload. A ATT employee has also told me that they are going to increase the bandwidth to 15mbps by the end of this year. The other nice thing is that the installation is free and there is no yearly contract. U-verse and Fios is a win win for consumers, because it will increase competition and drive down the cost of broadband and cable TV.
