How does one unsubscribe from these damned UCSD mailing lists? I can't find a way to unsubscribe from:
epl ucomm_arts-l scans-forum ucomm_general-l ucomm_science-l There's no unsubscribe page... there's no general mailing list handling page... there's no "how do I" FAQ... I tried responding to some standard mailing list manager address (majordomo or mailman or something) with the word unsubscribe in the subject and the body. I got an email back from a person saying "I'll unsubscribe you". I don't know if it's coincidence or not, but not only did he/she not unsubscribe me but lists traffic picked up quite a bit for several weeks after that.
