You should be able to send an email to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> with a
blank subject line and a body formatted like this:
unsub <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <list-name>
You can use a single email to unsubscribe from multiple lists, as long
as you put each command on a separate line in the body of the email.
